Jessie Pipes Risner
was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on April 7, 1935 the daughter of the late Audie and Sarah Harris Brown.
Ms. Risner was a homemaker. She enjoyed watching TV and enjoyed being with her grandchildren.
Ms. Risner departed this life on December 7, 2013 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 78 years and 8 months
She is survived by her children, JoAnn Hickman of Savannah, Tennessee, Frankie Harris of Savannah, Tennessee, Carolyn Sue Risner of Waynesboro, Tennessee and Janice Brewer of Waynesboro, Tennessee
10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren
two sisters, Janie Brown and Freeda Brown, both of Indiana
two brothers, Lloyd Brown of Indiana and Roger Brown of Savannah, Tennessee
two special friends, Charles Harville and Eval Risner, both of Savannah, Tennessee
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sons, James Pipes and Charles Pipes
