Joyce Jackson Hurst, 82, formerly of Decatur, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013. Joyce was born Monday, May 4, 1931. Joyce Jackson Hurst was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Edward Hurst. She is survived by two sons, T.E. Hurst Jr. and John David Hurst, both of Atlanta, Ga.
