TUSCUMBIA – Tuscumbia Police Chief Tony Logan this afternoon, confirmed suspicions that the body of a man recovered from the Tennessee River was that of Deshler High School graduate and favorite son, Brioni (Bree) Rutland, 27 years old.
Details of the death and recovery are being held because of the ongoing investigation, however, sources have told the Quad-Cities Daily that this is a case of murder.Police are looking at at least 1 person who is involved with the homicide.
