TUSCUMBIA – Just in from the Colbert County District Attorney Bryce Graham, Greg Aziz has come to an agreement for his release pending his trial. Those requirements are a $35 million – $50 million Canada and United States property bonds with a $1 million bond with a $250,000.00 cash payment and he has relinquished his passport and must stay in the state of Alabama. Aziz is in the process of meeting the requirements to bond out.
According to District Attorney Graham to his knowledge this is the largest bond ever recorded in Colbert County.
