Donna Kay Baker, age 53, Phil Campbell, Ala., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, at Russellville Hospital.
The visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Akins Funeral Home, Russellville. The 2 p.m. funeral service will be held on Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, in the chapel of Akins Funeral Home. Interment will be in Liberty Hill Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Faye Murray; a sister, Linda Murray; and a granddaughter, Addison Hall.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Kristy Davis and husband, Brian, Kayla Baker and Kassy Baker; brothers, Jim Murray, Richard Murray and wife, Amanda, and Robert Eaves; grandchildren, Jacob Davis, T.J. Davis, Ben Davis, Allyson Bray, and Peyton Hughes; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family wants to express special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Russellville Hopsital.
