Virginia Ruth Kilburn Luna, age 84, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, November 09, 2013 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a homemaker, and a member of Leoma Church Of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Flora Matney Waters; her first husband, Leroy Kilburn; her second husband, Coy Luna; three brothers; and four sisters.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, November 11, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Tuesday, November 12, 2013, with Rodney Livingston officiating. Interment will follow at Houser Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to Leoma Church of Christ.
