- Glenda Joyce Brown, 83, of Van Vleet, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, following a brief illness. Her faith, generous spirit, and love for others were a blessing to all who knew her, and her memory will remain in their hearts forever. A special thanks goes out to her caregivers Donna Holley and Jessica Stubblefield, NMMC Home Health, her dear friend, Barbara Phillips, and her church community at Van Vleet Baptist Church for their compassion and empathy during her illness.
