Jerome Franklin of Lacey’s Spring, age 94, passed away Tuesday October 1, 2013 at Whitesburg Garden in Huntsville. He was preceded in death by his wife Gladys Franklin. He is survived by his daughter Judy Black and her husband Jimmy and his granddaughter Jessi Miller. No services are planned at this time
