Mildred Killen Wright, age 85, a life-long resident of Lawrence County, Tennessee, passed away on September 19, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Paul H. Wright; her parents, Carl and Maebell Killen; and her brother, Doyce Ray Killen, of Lawrenceburg.
Mrs. Wright is survived by sons Ronald Wright (Susan), of Montgomery, Alabama, and Byron (Carol) Wright, of Lawrenceburg; four grandchildren, Greg (Lisa) Wright, Chad (Tami) Wright, Adam (Melissa) Wright, and Amanda Wright Hagen (Chris). She had five great-grandsons: Cory, Jackson, Seth, Cooper, and Andrew Wright and two great- granddaughters: Emerson and Cameron Hagen.
She was a member of First Baptist Church, Lawrenceburg.
Mildred retired from Murray Ohio after 28 years. She cherished her family and grandchildren and enjoyed her home and working in her yard.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 21, 2013, with Jeff Vanlandingham officiating. Interment will follow at Loretto Memorial Gardens in Loretto, TN. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to A Kid’s Place, 614 West Point Road, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464.
