Richard Floyd Sivley departed from his earthly home to his heavenly home to be with our Lord on September 4, 2013, after a short battle with lung cancer. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Center Springs United Methodist Church, where he was a lifelong member. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church. Rev. Steve Pilkington will be officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Sivley was born on April 20, 1925, to Walter Granville Sivley and Gertrude Lemmond Sivley. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Walter Rudolph Sivley and James Paul Sivley.
Mr. Sivley was retired from 3M Company in Decatur
