Funeral service for Richard L. Greer, 67, will be Friday, September 6, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Richard Sport officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Falkville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, September 5, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Greer died on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born June 16, 1946, in Morgan County to Charles Thomas Greer and Christine Asherbranner Greer. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one son, Jeffrey Alan Greer. He was formerly a self employed general contractor. He was a Member of Danville Church of Christ and President of the North Alabama Antique Tractor Club.
