Florence-Hosted by Community Action Agency of Northwest Alabama, Shoals Chamber of Commerce and Verizon Wireless, the 3rd Annual Northwest Alabama Job Fair will be held at Center Court in Regency Square Mall on Thursday, September 12th from 10am-2pm. The two Career Fairs held in 2012 not only had hundreds of job applicants in attendance, but resulted in several jobs being filled. There is still a great need for local employment – as a service to the community, more than 20 of the best-known employers in the Northwest Alabama area will be on-site. Some of the 
businesses are: Buffalo Rock, Marriott Shoals Hotel & Spa, Regions Bank, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Florence Police Department., G&G Steel, Helen Keller Hospital, Mid-South Carpenters Training Trust, Northwest-Shoals Community College, University of North Alabama, Shoals Hospital, and Walgreens. Limited WiFi will be provided by Verizon Wireless and the Fair is free to the public.
