Billy Joe Payne, 66, died August 25, 2013. Funeral will be today at 11 a.m. at Parkway Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Morris Chapel Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Ovie Nell Payne.
