Billy Clark “Chicken” Aycock, 82, of Russellville, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at Russellville Health Care.
Mr. Aycock was a lifelong resident of Franklin County and a member of North Highlands Church of Christ, Russellville. He was retired as a supervisor at Robbins Floor Products, was a cattle farmer and a member of the Cattlemen’s Association.
The funeral service will be Thursday, August 22, 2013, at 1:00 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in Tharptown Cemetery. Officiating will be Trae Durden and Keith Barnett. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 21, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Blanche Aycock; children, Pamela Vess and Jerry P. Aycock; sister, Lola Hamilton; grandchildren, Jacob Aycock, Laura Cochran, Megan Vess, Jeremy Vess; great-grandchild, Ashlyn Cochran.
Pall bearers will be Dewayne Warhurst, Ronnie Allen, Roger Allen, Howell Gargis, Robert Olson, and Charles Fisher.
Honorary bearers will be Tommy Warhurst, Jackie Warhurst, Dean Fisher, Hollis Gaston, Walter Entrekin, Owen Warhurst, Tommy Allen, and Dusty Daniel.
