Robert Anthony McKey, age 22, of Florence was promoted from this world Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Visitation will be Saturday, August 17, 11:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. at Faith Church, Florence. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Robert was the beloved son of Tony (Johnette) McKey and Annette Blackburn McKey all of Florence; He is also survived by his sister Alicia McKey Partain (John) & his only niece, Emma Partain of Ocean Springs, MS; grandfather, Robert Blackburn. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Cleo Blackburn; Great Grandmother, Emma Blackburn and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Robert was a caring, fun-loving, happy go lucky young man and always ready to help someone in need. He was a 2009 graduate of Wilson High School and loved spending time with his Dad, Mom and all his friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Listerhill Credit Union in memory of Robert McKey.
