Doris Driskill Connell, 90, of Huntsville, passed away Sunday. Mrs. Connell was a member of St. Paul United Methodist church for 46 years and a member of the local Meals-On-Wheels organization for many years. Mrs. Connell enjoyed visiting the shut-ins and sick from the church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton L. Connell; daughter, Vicki Connell; seven brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include son, Randy Connell (Dauna) of Huntsville; grandchildren, Daniel Connell (Cassie) of Tulsa, OK and Amy Roberson (Jeremy) of Huntsville; great-grandchildren, Griffin, Garrett, Josie, Jonah, Isaac and Ian and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.
