Alice LaJoyce Bates, 72, died Wednesday, July 24, 2013. Public viewing will be 1-8 p.m. Sunday. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Thompson and Son, Tuscumbia. Services will be noon Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Mt. New Home Cemetery, Leighton.
