Horrace Newton Eley, 80, died Sunday, June 30, 2013. Visitaiton will be noon-2 p.m. today at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. Services will be 2 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. He was the husband of the late Martha Eley.
