Winston Franklin Doud, age 84, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, November 4th, 2026, at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Winston was born March 2nd, 1942, in Giles County, Tennessee, to the late Cornelious and Pearl Bryan Doud. He was preceded in death by his parents and several other family members.
He is survived by his wife Sara Frances Jett Doud; four sons, George Doud (Pam) of Pulaski, Randal Doud (Alice) of Lewisburg, Dwayne Doud (Bernadette) of Morrison, TN, and Steven Doud (Mandy) of Morrison, TN; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren; sister Estelle Nelms of Virginia; brother Neil Doud (Pamela) of Fayetteville; sister-in-law Charlotte Doud.
He was a member of Church Street Church of Christ. He enjoyed being outdoors and was a skilled wood crafter. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, TN, on Friday, November 6th, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm and will continue on Saturday morning at 9:00 until the funeral hour.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday, November 7th, 2026, at 11:00 am at London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Talley Station Cemetery in Petersburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests donations be made to London Funeral Home toward the funeral expenses.
