Funeral service for Rod D. Bicard, 62, will be Monday, November 2, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Midway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday, November 2, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Bicard passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at his residence. He was born April 15, 1964, in Indiana, to Dewey Leroy Bicard and Nancy Lee Carson Bicard.
He was a Field Tech Engineer for SSI Strategic Systems, Inc., prior to his passing. He enjoyed sports, loved Michigan football and Tom Brady, loved to travel, but loved his family most of all. He also enjoyed beaches, sunsets, and sharks, and loved to cook.
Preceding him in death were his parents, and two sisters- Rhonda Billingsley and Renee Bicard.

Wife – Angie Bicard,
Son – Tyler Rivers (Estonia),
Daughter – Peighton Bicard,
Brother – Randy Bicard (Kim),
Pallbearers will be Tyler Rivers, Arron Lee, Travis Wood, Andy Hubble, Randy Bicard, David Bicard, and Brett Taylor.
