Joyce Evelyn Billings, age 91, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. She will be returning to her birthplace of Riverton, AL. Joyce was born to Harvey and Mable Williams in Riverton, AL, on June 29, 1935.
Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, William Dwayne Billings; a daughter, Regina Lynn Billings; and a son, Curtis Dwayne Billings.
Survivors include a son, Jamie Ralph Billings, and wife Sandy, three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside memorial service will be provided by Morrison’s Funeral Home of Tuscumbia, AL, on Thursday, November 5, at 11:00 AM in Riverton Cemetery with her nephew, Steve Williams of Cherokee, AL. officiating.
