Cerenity Leann Reynolds was born July 18, 2008, and died October 16, 2026, at 18 years old, from complications related to ongoing health challenges. She was just starting college and figuring out life on her own, with plenty of determination, a quick sense of humor, and a family who loved her deeply.
Cerenity loved a good romance novel, music, and building LEGO flowers. She enjoyed getting her hair done and going shopping with her mom, Misti, and her family. Buying something wasn’t always the point—sometimes it was enough to wander around together and take pictures of things she wanted for Christmas.
Family days were a favorite. They might start with breakfast burritos at home, followed by a trip to the gym, a workout, and time in the pool and hot tub. Afterward, Carl—the man she loved as a dad—would pretend they weren’t stopping for food. But when he turned toward Panda Express, she was ready: “I knew it, Dad!”
She loved riding the four-wheeler with him, too. Cerenity lived with health challenges and pain, but she didn’t want to miss out on everything she enjoyed. As she told her family, her back was going to hurt anyway; she might as well go for a ride.
Cerenity loved to laugh and give her family a hard time. There was a lot of teasing, a lot of laughter, and a lot of love.
She shared a close bond with her sister Carrie and loved spending time with Carrie’s daughter, Anna. With Anna, Cerenity got to be something of a big sister herself—hanging out, showing her things, and sharing what she knew. Cerenity also enjoyed hanging out with her cousin Sammi and her kids, getting crafty and creative, making bracelets and jewelry together.
Cerenity leaves behind her mother, Misti Street, and the man she loved as a dad, Carl Street; her sisters, Carrie Coco and Justine Preston; her brother William Sullivan; and a large, loving family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, and cousins who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Curtis Reynolds, and her maternal grandparents, Melody Tolbert Bennett and Lavon Harper.
Family and friends will gather to remember Cerenity on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 2–4 p.m. at the home of Billy and Stephanie Clark, 1532 Bower Dr SE, Cullman, AL. Come share your stories, your memories, and a little laughter along with the tears.
