Colbert County Veterans Day Parade & Program Set For November 11

TUSCUMBIA-American Legion Post 31 will sponsor a Veterans Day Parade beginning at 10:00 on November
11 th .

The parade route will be along Main Street, Tuscumbia, ending at the Colbert County
Courthouse. Parade line-up is at 9:00 on North Commons at Deshler High School. Participants are welcome.

Following the parade a program will take place on the Courthouse lawn. Veterans
and those attending the program are invited to a barbecue meal provided by L.O. Bishop at the
Church of Christ Annex (across Main St. from the Courthouse).

In case of inclement weather, the parade will not take place and the program and the meal will both be held in the church
annex.
