Justin Wayne Cummings, age 69 of Phil Campbell, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2026 at Helen Keller Hospital. He was born November 28, 1956 to Earl Cummings and Ruby Johnson. Justin was a truck driver by trade. He was known for his sense of humor and his love to make people laugh. Justin especially enjoyed being around his family. Visitation will be Monday, October 19, 2026 from 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Akins Funeral Home, where the service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Russellville. Brother Zach Smith will officiate. Pallbearers will be Michael Green, Florentino Ramirez, David Oakes, Terry Oakes, Matt Cummings, and Byron Sartin. Justin is survived by his wife, Regina Cummings; sons, David Fox (Brittany) and Justin “Bo” Cummings (Frankie Rajput); grandchildren, Ethan Lawler, Trey Fox, Lydia Fox, Amelia Cummings, and Jaxon Cummings; brothers, Carl Cummings (Carol) and Ronnie Cummings; sisters, Melissa Green, Minnie Oakes (Kenny), Alice Sartin (Byron), and Kathy Johnson (Jasper); and a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends, especially Tom Vess and Billy Pounders. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Cummings and Ruby Johnson; brothers, Stevie Cummings and Thomas “Neko” Cummings; and sister, Juanita Cummings.
