Funeral services for Linda Moncus Anderson age 62, of Lineville will be held on Thursday October 15, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. at Lineville Baptist Church with Rev. Lonnie Atwood and Rev. Jerry Colquett officiating.
Mrs. Anderson was born in Clay County, Alabama, she lived a life filled with love, friendship, and cherished memories. She graduated from Ayers Technical College with a degree in cosmetology and devoted her professional skills to the art of hairstyling.
She was a member of Lineville Baptist Church, where her faith was an important part of her life.
For many wonderful years, she shared her life with her beloved husband. Their years together were filled with love, companionship, and memories that will forever be treasured.
She found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. She loved spending time at the lake, enjoying the beauty and peacefulness of the water, and making memories at the beach. She also looked forward to working out with her friends. Those times were about more than exercise; they were opportunities to share laughter, friendship, and fellowship with people who meant so much to her.
Above all, her grandchildren held a special place in her heart. She loved them dearly, and the love she gave them will remain a treasured part of their lives. The memories they shared and the bond they had with their grandmother will be carried in their hearts always.
She will be remembered for the love she shared, the friendships she cherished, and the special place she held in the lives of those who knew her. Though her passing leaves a deep emptiness in the hearts of her family and friends, her love and the memories she created will live on for generations to come.
She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of those who loved her.
She was survived by her husband Jody Anderson of Lineville; her son Michael Anderson (Rita) of Spanish Fort; her grandchildren Kellah Rae Anderson, Raylin Kendall Anderson and Troy William Anderson; plus a large extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene Moncus and Martha Jean Denson Moncus and one son Brian Anderson.
Active Pallbearers will be Christian Higgins, Carlton Amason, Jonathan Duke, David Franklin, Rusty Taylor, and Chuck Hill.
Her visitation will take place on Wednesday October 14, 2026 from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM at Benefield Funeral Home in Lineville.
