Mr. Ronnie R. Miles, age 85, of Pulaski, Tennessee, passed away September 20, 2026, at NHC Pulaski.
Mr. Miles was born September 20, 1941, at Giles County Hospital. He graduated from Giles County High School in 1960 and was a member of the football team from 1957 through 1960. He was named All-TVC in football, was a member of the Letter Club, and was recognized by his senior class as “Most Stylish.”
Following graduation, he worked for Motor Parts and Bowers & Johnson Chevrolet before becoming self-employed as a car salesman for 60 years in Pulaski and Ethridge, Tennessee.
Ronnie was a member of Highland Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching tractor pulls and watching his grandson, Tyler, race cars.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George Butler Miles and Effie Martin Miles; and his brothers, Howard Deane Miles, George Edward Miles, John Wayne Miles, and Jerry Glenn Miles.
Survivors include his son, Mark Shawn Miles and wife, Rayma; grandson, Tyler Lee Miles and wife, Nichole, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; sister, Sandra Miles Cole of Kaufman, Texas; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Tommy Taylor.
Memorial donations may be made to Caris Hospice Care.
