Eddie Delane Miller, 64, of Elkmont, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at Athens Limestone Hospital located in Athens, Alabama.
He was born on Wednesday, July 4, 1962, in Athens, Alabama to Charles Edward Miller and Lillian Bertha Hobbs Miller.
Eddie lived much of his life in Ardmore, Alabama. He was a member of True Grit Cowboy Church.
Eddie enjoyed tinkering around his shop or spending time with his farm animals.
He is preceded in death by his mother: Bertha Cluxton and stepfather: Fred Cluxton.
Eddie is survived by his wife of eleven years, Christine Miller, two sons; Chris Smith, P.J. Colwell, one daughter; Trenda Hirst, Father Charles Edward (Margaret) Miller, two brothers: Sonny (Tammie) Miller, Charles A. (Stephanie) Miller, five sisters: Kathy (Larry) Johnson, Vickie (Mark) Smith, Debbie Ortiz, Barbara Ann (Tex) Miller, Karen (Lavearl) Rutherford, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at True Grit Cowboy Church located in Ardmore, Tennessee on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at 1:00 PM. Bro. Barry Faulk will be officiating the service.
