Jean Clark Fowler's obituary picture  Jean Clark Fowler, age 84, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2026. While our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort in knowing that she is now with her Lord and Savior, free from pain and resting in eternal peace.

Jean was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Her love for her family was woven into everything she did. Her life was a beautiful testimony to the importance of faith, family, and love.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Verley William “V. W.” Clark and Allie Glover Clark, and her infant brother, Robert “Bobby” Clark. She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 43 years, Jerold Fowler, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, memories, and devotion. She is also survived by her daughters, Melanie (Bobby) Brazier and Wendy (Tim) Wright; sons, Scott Sivley, Jody Fowler, and Chris Fowler; sister, Linda (Tom) Carey; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends, and her cherished church family.

Those who knew Jean will remember her for the love she gave so freely and for the special place she held in the hearts of her family and friends. She was deeply loved, and the memories she created with those around her will be treasured for generations to come.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 31st at 11:00 AM at Gospel Assembly Church in Springville, Alabama, Bro. Clyde R. Sharber officiating.

For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other creature, will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
-Romans 8:38-39
