Suzanne Bell Huber, age 85 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Lynchburg Nursing Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 7, 1941, in the Alto Community to the late George and Ruby (Tucker) Bell. At the age of eight, Suzanne moved to her grandmother, Sally Howard Bell’s house in Decherd with her father and three siblings after her mother passed away. In 1959, Suzanne graduated from Franklin County High School and moved to Chattanooga where she worked for the Chattanooga Electric Power Board. After returning to Decherd in 1962, she married the love of her life and her high school sweetheart, Kenneth Huber. For a brief time, Suzanne worked at the local bank before going to work at AEDC. After the birth of their second child, she became a stay-at-home mom until they were of age to start school. After the boys started school, she worked as a secretary at Franklin County High School and the Vocational Center. She later became the secretary for the Winchester First United Methodist Church and later returned to AEDC before her retirement in 2006. Her strong work ethic was shown through her volunteer work with the Southern Tennessee Regional Medical Center and being an active member with the Highland Rim chapter of the Tennessee Ornithological Society and the Tennessee Southern Ladies. In her spare time, she loved feeding and watching the birds around her house, setting her dining table with decorative seasonal and holiday dishes; and playing bridge. Suzanne was an active and faithful member of the Winchester Cumberland Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by the love of her life and husband of fifty-nine years, Kenneth Huber. Suzanne is survived by her loving sons, Scott Huber of Winchester and Brian Huber of Murfreesboro; siblings, Judie Bell Limbaugh of Salt Lake City, Utah, Donald (Jane) Bell of Grandbury, Texas, and Sandra Bell Paschall of Austin, Texas, and nephews, Curtis Limbaugh of Salt Lake City, Utah, Cary Limbaugh of Salt Lake City, Utah, Joseph Limbaugh of Salt Lake City, Utah, Donald (Jo Etta) Bell II of Brock, Texas, Justin Paschall of Austin, Texas, and Hunter Paschall of Austin, Texas.
