Leabert Watson Darracott, 91, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at Arabella Health and Wellness of Red Bay. He was born in Red Bay, AL, to Elgar and Effie Hutcheson Darracott. He was a welder for over twenty-five years.
Funeral service will be Friday, September 18, 2026, at 2 P.M. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL, with Bro. Tony Darracott, Bro. David Kelly, and Daniel Darracott officiating. Visitation will be Friday, September 18, 2026, from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M. at Deaton Funeral Home. Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL, will be in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Bryson Wallace, Andrew Wallace, Darrell Darracott, Eric Darracott, Matthew Darracott and Bradley Shirley.
