Mary “Sue” Crowden, 83, of Florence, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 13, 2026. She was a homemaker.
Visitation will be at Jacksonburg Church of Christ on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 1-2 p.m. with the funeral service following at 2 p.m. at the church building.
Sue will be buried at Jacksonburg Cemetery.
Sue was preceded in death by her husband, William Gary Crowden; parents, Cecil and Mildred Reatherford; brother, Jerry Reatherford; sister, Martha Johnson.
She is survived by her sons, Darren Crowden (Jennifer), Randy Crowden (Amie), and Mark Crowden (Sandra); brothers, Jimmy Reatherford (Mary Ann) and Mickey Reatherford (Sharon); sister, Dorothy Thompson; sister-in-law, Evelyn Reatherford; grandchildren, Emily Anderson (Keith), Sarah Oakley (Eric), Tara Dickerson (Sloan), Matthew and Lindsey Bloyd; great-grandchildren, Noah (Natalie), Benjamin, Isaac, Denton, Will, Mac, Davis, Dallan, Ella, Hayden and Jackson.
Pallbearers will be Darren, Randy, Mark, Keith, Eric, and Sloan.
