Willard Eugene Bivins, age 83, passed away on September 9, 2026, at NHC of Sparta. Willard was born on January 29, 1943, to the late Herbert Cecil and Willia Mae Warren Bivins. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and if Fox News was on, you could count on him being glued to the TV.
In addition to his parents, Willard was preceded in death by his grandsons, Ben Bivins and Justin Bivins.
He is survived by his loving family: wife, Alice Carol Bivins; sons, Kevin (Jennifer) Bivins, Joe Bivins, and Tim Bivins; brother, Delbert Bivins; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A family graveside service for Mr. Bivins will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. on his family property with Bro. Mike Adams officiating.
