Paul Clements, age 76, of Scottsboro, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2026.

Paul enjoyed watching, playing bingo, ball games, and talking on the phone to friends and family. He always loved driving his big truck and mowing the grass.

He had recently retired from Milan Logging after 15 years of employment. Most of his working life he had worked in the woods as a logger/hauler. He loved working and always worked hard.

A Vietnam Veteran, he was proud to have served his country.

Paul is survived by his wife of 54 years, Cynthia Clements; daughters, Tammy (Joey) Bryant of Rosalie, and Crystal (Tyrone Bibbs) Clements of Scottsboro; son, Jaylon Clements of Scottsboro; grandchildren, Emily Manning, Madison Frasier, and Parker Mashburn; great grandchildren, Riley Greenway, Dixie Frasier, and Raygan Frasier; sisters, Judy Young of Scottsboro, Sue Higgins Carroll (Kermit) of Dalton, Georgia, Donna Reed of Scottsboro, and Lisa (Darrell) Bohanon of Crow Mountain.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Lucille Clements; grandparents, Noah and Norma Clements and Charlie and Mary Whitehead; brother, Larry Clements.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the Scottsboro Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Carl Moore officiating. Burial will be in Goosepond Cemetery.
