Moulton Woman Dies From Injuries Received In Two-Vehicle Accident Near Rogersville

ROGERSVILLE-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a two-vehicle accident near Rogersville that has taken the life of a Moulton woman and sent one other person to hospital with injuries:

“A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 8:35 p.m. Sunday, September 6, has claimed the life of a Moulton woman.

Nicole M. Ross, 44, was fatally injured when the 2005 Kia Sorento she was driving collided head-on with the 2023 Toyota RAV4 driven by Haley K. Griffin, 27, of Muscle Shoals. Ross was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Griffin was injured and was airlifted to Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville for medical treatment.

The crash occurred on Alabama 101 near the 26 mile marker, approximately seven miles southwest of Rogersville, in Lauderdale County.

Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
