Rhonda Gail Jones, age 66 of Elora, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Elk River Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Winchester on April 15, 1960, to the late John M. and Frances Elizabeth (Roberts) Jones. She loved being at home with her family. Rhonda always remembered everyone’s birthday and made sure they didn’t miss hers, and she had her Christmas list prepared months in advance. She enjoyed playing card games as well as watching television, especially soap operas. Her wonderful sense of humor as well as her sharp intellect will be missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Ricky Jones and Beverly Caldwell. Rhonda is survived by her loving siblings, Marty (Mary) Jones, Jeffrey Jones, and Sandy (Joe) Allen; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4-6pm on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
