THE SHOALS  — August 17, 2026 — The Cramer Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) will
host its 3rd Annual Cramer Kids Classic Golf Tournament on Friday, September 25, 2026, at the
Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at the Shoals.

The event brings together businesses, community leaders, families, and supporters for a fun
day of golf while raising critical funds for children who have experienced abuse in Northwest
Alabama.

Cramer CAC is a nationally accredited Children’s Advocacy Center serving children and families
in Colbert, Franklin, Lauderdale, and Lawrence counties. In one safe, child-friendly setting,
Cramer brings together professionals who provide forensic interviews, medical examinations,
trauma-focused therapy, victim advocacy, and coordination with law enforcement, DHR,
prosecutors, and other multidisciplinary team members. All services are provided free of charge
to children and their families.

“The Kids Classic is a great day on the course, but what really excites us is knowing every
team, sponsor, and golfer helps make a difference for local kids,” said Chelsea Lawson,
Business Development Director for Cramer CAC.

The Cramer Kids Classic offers several ways to get involved, including four-person golf teams
and sponsorship opportunities for businesses and organizations. Every team registration and
sponsorship directly supports children who have experienced abuse by helping provide the
services, support, and care they need to heal.

Community members can register a team or learn about sponsorship opportunities at
www.cramerchildrenscenter.com/kidsclassic.

Cramer CAC invites area businesses, organizations, and community members to form a team,
become a sponsor, and join them on the course for a day of fun in support of a meaningful
cause.
