Minnie Coleman Pendley, 79, of Leighton, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2026. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 15, at Beulah Christian Fellowship, 2001 Cloyd Blvd., Florence, AL 35630 with Brad Campbell officiating. There will be food and fellowship following the service.
Minnie was a native of Berry, Alabama and a member of Beulah Christian Fellowship. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Earl Coleman; parents, Henry and Sybil Stines; siblings, Alton, Joe, Arman, Lavada, LC, and Lenny Charles Stines, and Betty Jean Ely.
Minnie is survived by her loving husband, Earl Pendley; children, Patricia “Trish” Campbell (Brad), Melissa Coleman, Theresa Adams, and Larry Coleman (Suzanne); stepchildren, Earl Ray Pendley, Diane Dellert (Mike), and Trisha Montgomery; brother, James Stines; 23 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends .
The family expresses special thanks to the staff of Gentiva Hospice for their loving care for Minnie and her family.
