Donna Rose Murry, aged 65, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. Donna was known for her love of yard sales and cherished the time she spent with her family.
She is survived by her children, Misty McInnis and her husband Kenny of Vardaman, and Josh Murry and his wife Amanda of Pontotoc. She also leaves behind her sister Celinda Hardin, brothers Michael Sparks, Tommy Sparks, and Bobby Sparks, Jr., as well as her grandchildren Landon Russell, Anna-Grace Monts, Dan Barnes and his wife Emily, and Jonathan Barnes. Her great-grandchildren Oakley, Lottie, Harley, and Boone, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, will also remember her fondly.
Donna was preceded in death by her beloved husband Marty Murry and her mother Ruth Sparks.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 2PM at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc, with Bro. Dan Barnes officiating. Visitation will begin at 12PM and continue until the service time. Burial will follow in Cooke Cemetery.
Pallbearers will include Joshua Murry, Dan Barnes, Jonathan Barnes, Chance Johnson, Bobby Sparks, and Tommy Sparks, with Kenny McInnis serving as an honorary pallbearer.
