MORGAN COUNTY-On July 31, 2026, Andrew Mitchel Rollins, 35 of Irondale, was arrested on a Grand Jury Warrant for Electronic Solicitation of a Child. The investigation began roughly two years ago during an undercover Child Exploitation operation. Rollins began chatting with an investigator posing as a 15-year-old female. These chats would continue on and off each time a subsequent child exploitation operation took place.

Once investigators had enough evidence, they submitted the case to the Morgan County District Attorney’s Office, which took it before a grand jury where an indictment was secured.
