Stacey Lee Mitchell Gleghorn, 60, of Belfast, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at her home.
She was born on Tuesday, May 3, 1966, to the late Leonard Kenneth Mitchell and Leoma Mitchell.
Stacey lived in the Belfast community for three years and was a proud member of Cash Point Baptist Church. In her free time, she loved playing games on her computer, reading, and talking with her family on the phone.
She is preceded in death by her father, Leonard Kenneth Mitchell, as well as one grandson, Noah Cole.
Stacey is survived by her husband, Kelvin Gleghorn, her mother, Leoma Mitchell, two sons, Dwain (Paige) Norton and John Allen, three daughters: Joy (Kenny) Biase, Angel Norton, and Ashley (Bryan) Varnado, one brother, Robert (Andrea) Mitchell, one sister, Kendrea Pressnell, nine grandchildren: Isabella, Stephen, Olivia, Layne, Hardie, Anthony, Kyle, Lynlee, and Keith, two great grandchildren, Layla and Noah, as well as several nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation held for Mrs. Gleghorn at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama, on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A chapel service is scheduled the following day, Thursday, August 6, 2026, again at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, with service time beginning at 11:00 AM. Bro. Derrick Moose will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Blanche Cemetery.
