Patrick Erin Blood was called back to be with the Lord on July 27th, 2026, at the age of 29.
Patrick was a kind soul with a quick wit and a deeply intelligent mind. He loved nature, animals, and being outdoors, and was perpetually curious about the world around him. That curiosity extended to a genuine interest in everyone he met. He had a habit of peppering people with questions about their area of expertise, and by the next time you saw him he would have learned so much that he could carry the whole conversation.
Patrick was also relentlessly funny – he had a real gift for making people laugh. His creativity and sense of humor had a way of turning ordinary, everyday situations into lifelong memories for his family and friends.
Even in the midst of his own struggles, Patrick was willing to drop everything to help others – from the family he loved dearly to complete strangers. He was a fiercely talented artist, a loving brother and son, and truly one of a kind. The world feels much smaller without him.
Patrick is survived by his mother, Patricia; his father, Jack; his big brother, Sean; his big sister, Kristen; and his little sister, Mackayla.
Though his time on earth has come to an end, Patrick’s memory will live on forever in the hearts of his family and friends. We take comfort in the knowledge that we will one day be reunited with him in heaven. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
