Mr. Robert Keith “Chemo” Horner was born in Linden, TN on August 06, 1971, to the union of his parents his surviving father Mr. Robert Juninor Horner and his mother the late Mrs. Peggy Carroll Horner. He was raised in the greater Clifton area attending school at Franks Hughes School in Clifton eventually graduating high school with the class of 1990. Robert chose several professions throughout his life; he spent many years as heavy equipment operator for the Wayne County Highway Dept. with most of his experience concentrated on Road Graders and Bush Hogs. In later years, he would drive Dump Trucks for J Chumley, transporting various materials to different construction and land development projects. In his leisure time he could be found fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. Those who knew him best will remember him as a hardworking and dependable son, brother, father and friend. Mr. Robert Keith “Chemo” Horner passed from this life in Clifton, TN making his stay on this earth some 54 years.
Those left to honor his memory include his father Robert Junior Cecie Horner of Clifton, TN brother David Horner and partner Shonda Blalock of Waynesboro, TN; daughter Twyla Horner of Adamsville, TN; as well as many other family and friends.
