Sandra Gail Rodgers passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi.
Born on April 16, 1961, in Aurora, Illinois, Sandra was the daughter of the late James and Edna Alsip. On September 27, 1979, she married the love of her life, Nelson Rodgers, who survives.
Known affectionately as “Sandy,” she retired as a Captain with the Marshall County Correctional Facility after years of dedicated service. Sandy will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and a treasured friend to many. Her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family and friends will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held at this time.
