Gordon Kerry Abbott, age 75, of Decatur, AL, entered into rest on July 12, 2026. Visitation will be on July 16, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life service will follow at 2:00 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home with Chaplain John Davis officiating. He will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery.
Gordon is survived by his daughter, Tonya Gregory (Chris); son, Aaron Abbott (Sherry); grandchildren, Courtney Robershaw (Tommy) and Emily Gonzalez; great-grandchildren, Brandon Abbott, Natalie and Melody Robershaw; sisters, Diane Smelly (Floyd) and Lisa Lee.
He was preceded in death by parents, Aaron and Judith Abbott; wife, Patsy Ann Abbott.
