ATHENS-Feed the Eagle is a non-profit 501(c)(3) program supporting the Athens Golden Eagles Football team at Athens High School in Athens, AL. Established by head coach Cody Gross, it provides essential nutritional support and meals to fuel the players.
The program relies on community donations and hosts major local fundraisers. For example, the annual Feed the Eagle Fresh Corn Sale is held at the Athens Football Facility (located behind the Athens Stadium Jumbotron).
