Louis Calvin Minner, 89, passed away Friday, July 10, 2026 at Ripley Healthcare and Rehab. Visitation will begin at 12 PM Wednesday at Garner Funeral Home in Ripley with funeral services to follow at 2 PM. Interment will be in Ripley Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Minner was a retired Baptist minister. He was also a United States Navy Veteran.
The widower of Lottie Minner, he is survived by a son Barry Minner of Virginia Beach, VA, 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a daughter LeAnn Cullum.
