Hollye Michelle Tucker, age 51, of Athens, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly on July 4th, 2026.
Born on June 7th, 1975, in Athens, Alabama, Hollye was the beloved daughter of Ernest Allen Tucker and Susan Diane Smith Tucker. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose presence brought joy to those who knew her.
Hollye’s greatest pride and accomplishment was her family. She is survived by her daughter, Tori Tucker Smyth (Zac); her cherished grandsons, Brody and Reid; her mother, Susan Diane Smith Tucker; her sisters, Wendy Johnston (Nick), Alice Doering (Duane), and Tracy Ball (Michael); as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Allen Tucker.
Hollye will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and her close friends and the beauty she brought into the world from behind the salon chair and beyond. She will also be remembered for her caring and courageous heart. Though her time here was far too short, her impact on the lives of others will never be forgotten.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 9th, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with a memorial service to follow.
