With broken hearts, we announce the passing of our precious daughter, Rylee Kate Gilliland, who was born on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 and passed away shortly after in our arms surrounded by loving family.
Though her time with us on Earth was brief, she filled our hearts with a lifetime of love and gratitude. She was deeply loved and cherished from the moment we knew she was coming, and she will forever remain a part of our family. Her tiny hands left an everlasting imprint on our hearts, and her memory will be carried with us every day.
Rylee Kate is survived by her parents, Jeremy and Katie Gilliland, her sister, Mackenzie Gilliland, Maternal grandparents, Roger and Vicki Brock, Paternal grandparents, Ellis and Gwen Gilliland, and her aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Although we never had the chance to watch her grow, hear her laugh, or see her take her first steps, we find comfort in knowing that her life, though brief, was filled with nothing but love from the beginning to the end, and she is safely in the arms of Jesus.
Our sweet Rylee Kate, you were wanted, you were loved beyond measure, and you will be missed every moment of our lives. Until we meet again, you will forever be our daughter, sister, our angel, and our greatest love.
