Nina Jean Thacker Collins Dunlap, age 82, passed from this life on June 17, 2026, at NHC of McMinnville from an extended illness. Nina was born on March 10, 1944, to the late Preston and Ellen May Thacker. Nina was a member of Spencer First Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents Nina was preceded in death by her first husband; Willie Paul Collins, second husband; Hobert Lee Dunlap, brother; Lloyd Keith Thacker.
She is survived by her loving family, son; Brian Dunlap, daughters; Kimberly (Scott) Cantrell, Sandra (Tim) Bouldin, Beth ( Jerry) Roberts, brothers; Lee (Hermi) Thacker, Clinton (Bernice) Thacker, sister; Faye (Mike) Protsko, grandchildren; Ashley (Max) Laate, Josh Cantrell, Kayden (Skyler) Stewart, Maggie Mae Dunlap, Elijah Roberts, great-grandchildren; Aurora, Jaxson, Religh, Archer, Alaeya, Kaysen. Several nieces, nephews, and extended family also survive.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Nina Dunlap will be held on Friday June 19th, 2026, at 1:00pm at Spencer First Baptist Church with Bro. Nathan Haynes officiating. Burial will follow in Spencer Town Cemetery. Visitation times will be Thursday June 18, 2026, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Layne Funeral Home and Friday June 19th, 2026, from 11:00pm until the time of service at 1:00pm at Spencer First Baptist Church.
