Zackary Elijah Blocker, 40 of Arab passed away Sunday, June 14, 2026, at his residence. He was born May 14, 1986, in Cullman the son of Prentice Blocker and Beverly F. Rankin.
Zackary is survived by his children, Kolton Elijah Rankin and Adalyn Rae Miller; his mother, Beverly Rankin; his father, Prentice Blocker; his grandmother, Sandra Rankin; and his uncle, Randy Rankin and wife, Kym. He is also survived by a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Rankin, and his grandparents, Charles and Mary Ruth Blocker.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2026, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Brother Steven Funderburk officiating. The burial will be in Arab Memorial Cemetery, Gober Funeral Chapel directing.
Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Friday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers: Wayne Andrews, Carl Blocker, Jason Burgess, Jordin Burgess, Lane Rains, Brent Rains, Steve Watson and Lance Coker.
